A Little History 

Hello!

I'm Victoria, the founder and owner of Crescent Moon Catering.

Growing up in Colorado has always been a gift and has greatly influenced my culinary journey. ​Cooking brings me so much joy and I heavily believe that food fosters community and connection. I've had so many amazing nights around an array of dinner tables and those memories last for ever. Food is memorable, if its good! My passion for cooking has led me to explore global flavors, which I incorporate into my recipes as often as I can.

​When I reminisce on my childhood meals, farm to table is what comes to mind. I am so lucky to have always had home grown vegetables and pasture raised livestock.  Having spent most of my life cooking alongside my mom for our large family, I learned early and loved it immediately! Fast forward years later and cooking became a means to survive for my mother and I.

She ended up starting a catering business to get us through a very rough chapter, and I was along to help build it! It was a long and bumpy road getting to where we are today, but we did end up building something pretty amazing. After 20 years of working together I am now in my thirties and it's time for me to take over. I have been rebranding and creating a vision fit for my future and I am so happy you're here. 

I enjoy crafting personalized menus using local ingredients to create the most unique experiences for your unique events. It's incredibly rewarding to see people enjoy my creations, and I strive to offer top tier experiences for every client.
